Energy Healing aims to offer well-being, relaxation and release accumulated stress. It's a special moment for yourself, a time to recharge your batteries before returning to active life. As a qualified professional, I offer these treatments, creating a space of tranquility where you can let go without worry. An energy treatment harmonizes and balances the flow of energy in body and mind, releasing blockages and stress, whether mental or physical. It provides a sensation of soothing warmth that gradually calms the body and puts it into a state of overall rest. The person emerges soothed, revitalized and sometimes transformed, connecting with sensations of beauty, security and peace, like an experience of a state of grace. This practice provides access to subtle energy, which is always available and accessible. Reiki, a popular form of energy healing, is an excellent way to discover this subtle energy.

Energy Healing experience

The consultant is welcomed into a calm, clean and warm environment. Lying on a treatment table, dressed in soft clothing, the consultant is made to feel at ease. I ensure your comfort, often by covering you with a soft plaid. Accompanied by relaxing music, I place my hands (or not, depending on the consultant's preference) along the body, activated by vital energy, following a precise process. My hands move according to the senses, generally every 2-3 minutes, to harmonize the body/mind. A complete energy treatment lasts from 45 minutes to an hour. At the end of the treatment, we share our feelings. In addition to the therapeutic aspect, this treatment can open consciousness and support talk therapy.

Healing with stones and crystals

Lithotherapy uses the properties of stones and crystals for spiritual, psychological, emotional and physical benefits. It's a holistic, non-invasive practice based on vibrational energy, ideal for relaxation and for situations such as exams, interviews, or overcoming heartbreak, depression, insomnia or stress. As graduated of Judy Hall, an expert in lithotherapy, I offer sessions where you will be comfortably seated, with stones and crystals placed on or around your body to promote your well-being.

Creation of a custom-made pouch of stones and crystals

I also offer crystal consultations. After a one-to-one discussion, I'll create a custom-made set of crystals, adapted to your specific needs. These crystals will be presented to you in an attractive pouch, allowing you to benefit from their properties on a daily basis. A lovely gift for yourself or for someone you cherish!
