K. YOGA...

I'm Karine Kleb, a 520h-certified yoga teacher and energy healer, trained and certified psychotherapist and psychosomatic therapist. I believe in the healing power of integrative therapies, and I invite you to join me on a holistic journey where your body, mind and soul are fully considerated.

My work is focused on supporting people, helping them to discover who they are and to become the person they truly want to be. I bring passion, empathy and knowledge to my work, taking people on a journey of self enquiry and discovery, helping them to unlock a whole new level of access to greater wellbeing and peace.

 I am grateful to all the teachers that have helped me on my path, especially Annie Rigby, Catherine Annis, Kate Ellis, Ashley Turner, Sianna Sherman, Deva Premal & Mitten, Raffa, Carly Grace, Carlos Pomeda, James Phillips, Chris Swain, Deep Kumar and Vicky Fox. Thank you so much!

As a child I spent a lot of time in hospital dealing with the consequences of a genetic disease.  My mother showed me how breathing could be used to alleviate the pain and bring calm, and how good food and healthy lifestyle could be the foundation for a better life.

Over a period of time, this initial interest developed into a lifelong passion for mind-body therapies such as yoga and meditation, psychology, spirituality and holistic therapies such as aromatherapy and Reiki. For me, it was a way of coping with pain, life's problems and improving my health. Above all, I realized how wonderful life is, and how vital it is to live it fully and peacefully.

... AN HOLISTIC JOURNEY !

 Again, in February 2020, I was confronted with the disease. After months of extreme tiredness, broken bones, and lot of pain in my body, I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a cancer of the bone marrow, I had to undergo heavy treatments and learn to live despite trauma. More than ever, my holistic lifestyle allows me to maintain good mental and physical health. My tools have enabled me to cultivate resilience, courage and inner strength, while retaining a good dose of humor!

It taught me to find space between thoughts and actions and to see lightness in the dark moments, cementing both awareness and gratitude into my life which has transformed my perception of the world.

Having experienced the benefits myself, I wanted to share them with others. It is my passion to support you in experiencing deep peace, clarity and alignment to your potential.

I teach yoga and I provide my clients, during therapy sessions, with an holistic journey to a land of health and well-being, both physically, emotionally and psychologically.

I also devote time to writing, painting and creative collaborations.
