I aim to guide people towards a greater connection between their body and mind, through kindness and mutual respect. To this end, I teach 3 styles of yoga:

Hatha Holistic© Yoga is suitable for all ages and levels of yoga experience. A gentle and demanding form of yoga with particularly soothing properties, it is ideal for reconnecting with oneself and finding inner harmony, taking into account body, mind and emotions. It's a true daily ally and a necessary complement to talk therapy. Come and learn how to be reborn in spring, glow in summer, slow down in autumn and regenerate in winter, while cultivating awareness, breath, clear energy and alignment.

Who am I?

I'm Karine Kleb, a 520h-certified yoga teacher and energy healer, trained and certified psychotherapist and psychosomatic therapist. I believe in the healing power of integrative therapies, and I invite you to join me on a holistic journey where your body, mind and soul are fully considerated.

My work focuses on accompanying people, helping them to conquer who they are and become the person they truly wish to be. My approach to yoga and psychotherapy reflects my own experiences and personal journey. I teach and coach authentically, encouraging each person to explore their own path, within a framework of listening and respect.

When I teach, I create, for your enjoyment, a bubble of well-being through relaxation, meditation practice, visualization, music, candles, incense, aromatherapy and, last but not least, all my classes are sprinkled with a good dose of humor!

Encouraging a practice without judgment or competition, where each student can progress at his or her own pace. Benevolence helps develop acceptance of self and others in a secure, respectful environment.

INCLUSIVITY


My teaching is accessible to everyone, whatever their age, state of health or level of practice. Thanks to my solid training, I know how to adapt to everyone, even in a group class where levels can vary. Yoga adapts to you, not the other way round, so that each student can find his or her own well-being.

AUTHENTICITY


To be authentic in my approach, transmitting practices that reflect my own experiences and learning. Authenticity allows everyone to feel free to follow their own path without external pressure. These values enable you to create a welcoming, respectful environment where every student can flourish.
