I am a fully qualified 520 H Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, Urban Shaman and holistic therapist. Certified from Triyoga, one of London's and Europe's top yoga studios, I studied for my first teacher training, during 2 years in very serious yoga teacher training, including 390 hours of anatomy, asanas and philosophy with master teachers from around the world. This Yoga teacher diploma is accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga. The BWY teaching certificate is the most widely recognised yoga qualification in the UK and is honoured throughout the European community. It's also accredited by Yoga Alliance USA (RYS 200). And, I continue to be trained regularly.

I believe in the healing power of integrative therapies, and I invite you to join me on a holistic journey where your body, mind and soul are fully considerated.. My different approaches of yoga invite you to walk towards your true essence, and to find freedom of expression by awakening your primordial being. I aim to guide people to a better awareness of the connection of their body and mind, with kindness and mutual respect, in a safe atmosphere, so they can live a life of joy, freedom and dedication to their own highest calling. I teach and run workshops in person or by zoom.
During the session, I invite you to discover and practice asanas (poses), pranayama (culture of the vital force through breathing), as well as Mindfulness (meditation for a better liberation of the body and the mind). My teaching is a concrete representation of my thought; it is thus creative in its form and stimulating in its capacity to make you evolve as a person.
When I teach I create for your pleasure, a bubble of wellbeing with relaxation, meditation, visualisation, music, candles, incense, aromatherapy and last but not least, my teaching is always dashed with .

A true mind-body tool, I developed Hatha Holistic©, a unique yoga method rooted in Hatha yoga and inspired by Vanda Scaravelli. It integrates Celtic shamanic techniques, somatic movements and energy work, and follows the Wheel of the Year, which governs ancestral life cycles. This approach helps us reconnect with our essence and release our primordial expression. Like the seasons, body and mind evolve with the cycles of nature. Hatha Holistic© helps us decode these energies to harmonize body and mind, and align our actions. Each class includes rituals, Celtic philosophy, aromatherapy, postures and breathing techniques, all with a touch of humor and without ever taking ourselves too seriously.
Hatha Holistic©, a gentle and demanding form of yoga with particularly soothing properties, is ideal for reconnecting with oneself and finding inner harmony, taking into account body, mind and emotions. It's a true daily ally and a necessary complement to talk therapy. My teaching is rooted from my soul, is physically creative and deliciously challenging to support your personal evolution. Group and one to one classes.
In February 2020, after months of extreme tiredness, broken bones, and lot of pain in my body, I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a cancer of the marrow bone. I had various treatments including two cell stem transplants in January and March 2021 and of course, I had chemotherapy and immunotherapy.
Yoga was a lifesaver for me, both to keep my mental health and avoid sinking into depression, and for my physical condition which I had to maintain. I experienced the disease in my flesh and the side effects of the treatments on a daily basis. I quickly realized that I was going to have to call on my source of courage and resilience again to stay on my feet. It was while following Vicky Fox's classes that I decided to alchimize this new life experience through specific training: Yoga for Cancer, Chronic Diseases & Depression. I am graduate and qualified to teach anyone with cancer, chronic illness or depression.
Whether you are a longtime cancer survivor or currently in treatment, this yoga class aims to make you feel more grounded and comfortable in your changing or altered body, through the use of postures that stretch, strengthen and relax the body safely. Each course offers you attention and guidance with appropriate adaptations. Classes are also open to those caring for a family member or friend with cancer, chronic illness or depression.

You must be reasonably mobile and move around independently. Wait for all the surgical incisions to heal and feel that your needs can be addressed in a group class.

This form of yoga does not replace the treatment and advice of health professionals. This type of yoga aims to support the body and mind of the sick person, but does not cure the illness.
Yoga Therapy is the specific and progressive use of yoga tools, based on particularly effective exercises and postures, applied to the prevention and treatment of people suffering from pathologies. Yoga Therapy allows you to better understand your body and emotions, relieve muscle tension, correct bad postural habits and relieve minor everyday ailments, such as back pain. Therapeutic yoga is especially interesting for its long-term effect.
Yoga Therapy is thus based on the tools and experience of yoga, coupled with current scientific and medical knowledge. However, it is by no means a substitute for modern medical therapies, but rather a set of complementary tools that can be used in conjunction with medical treatments.
In United States, Yoga Therapy is highly developed, so much so that the United States military is using it to help veterans with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
To obtain effective results, it is important to practice the sessions that I suggest at a very regular pace, ideally at least once every week.
